Outside the box.

The San Bruno Pet Hospital is one of the most highly-regarded and state-of-the-art animal hospitals in the San Francisco Bay Area, but you wouldn’t know it from the outside. When they asked us what they could do to enhance the appearance of the building and improve their customers’ experiences…we went to work. We relocated the entry to be next to the parking lot (makes sense) and created a spacious new lobby (with separate waiting areas for cats and dogs).
With the new corner entry came the opportunity to do something dramatic and really enhance the building’s public persona. With high ceilings and expanses of glass, the new lobby will anchor the corner of the building and become a recognizable beacon on the prominent thoroughfare. Our outside-the-box thinking has resulted in a building that is of the times and provides a customer experience commensurate with the sought-after facilities within.
